Watched Journey to the Center of the Earth in glorious 3D with friends this evening. This was the first time I saw a full feature film presented in 3D. The other time I watched 3D was with Superman Returns in IMAX with a few 3D sequences here and there. For Superman, I thought the 3D sequences were rather unfulfilling, and quite boring to be honest.

Anyway, this movie’s 3D pleased me. It was cheesecake for the eyes. The 3D work wasn’t shoddy at all, and really helped enhance many of the visually interesting scenes for the movie. Definitely worth watching!
