Weekend Home in a Nutshell

Went back home (Skokie) for the weekend of the 9th.

  • Hosted Jacobu for the weekend.
  • Explored the Northwestern University campus and the beachfront in Evanston.
  • Met with Janu, visited the Bahá’í Temple in Wilmette.
  • Saw the Mystical Creatures exhibit at the Field Museum.
  • Went to Chinatown. Ate dim sum, bakery goods, bubble tea, and pandas.
  • Roamed the 13th Annual Korean Festival in Chicago. Had some more not-so-good bubble tea.
  • Back to Champaign!
