Even day colder and darker than the previous one. The bright red and yellow leaves have left; a sickly brown carpet has replaced them. We do not enjoy the sound of falling drops, but it is wet. Always wet. Angry forces outside are compounded by angry forces within; assignments one after the other, work piled on top of a growing heap of worries. The bright white snow has yet to grace us, for a final foe remains. Final exams, exams of finality. gwargh!
