So a while back, there was some malware going around that hit some of our departmental machines. It would cause massive amounts of porn to pop up everywhere, slowing down the machine to a halt. And of course, we were tasked with dealing with it. It was not fun.

Well, it was a little fun.

Sorry about the lazy draw. This was more of a pre-sketch, but it was dubbed web worthy, so here it is.

Considering I deal with hundreds of machines that contain student personal information and grades, financial records, government research, and upcoming patents, it’s actually kinda dangerous how many passwords I remember.

If a password is easy to remember for you, it’s most likely nothing for me. I still remember about a third of all the faculty’s passwords. Lucky for them I’m not in the grade changing business. heh.

So many people simply make the first letter uppercase while keeping the rest lower. Then the most popular number at the end? 1. People really need to do something about that.

Of the things I appreciate now that I’ve graduated, one of them is lording over student workers the fact that I no longer have homework or exams.

It’s a nice feeling.

I work in the Food Science building on campus. And as a result, many of the people we support will often bring us some cookies, brownies, or some other baked goods. The thing is, this happens a few times every week. It was nice at first, but I can see my doom approaching sooner than later. I mean, sweets are nice and all, but an occasional salad might be good too!
